Terms
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms cover work by FullFaith MTÜ (registry code 80677142). We keep them short and plain. We agree the details of each project with you in writing before we start, and email counts as writing. If a quote says something different, the quote wins for that project.
Free and paid work
Our work is free for projects, events and churches that connect directly to Christianity. That means a church, or someone who uses the work to spread the gospel or the money to fund a church. A normal business is not free, even if it is run by Christians. If you are not sure which side you fall on, ask us.
We decide whether a project is free, and we can say no to a free project. On a free project we do not set a price. You are welcome to give a donation instead. We do ask you to cover anything we have to buy or pay for to make the project work, such as transport, props or a music licence.
Quotes and payment
Paid work starts with a written quote. The prices on the Services page are starting prices, and the quote gives the real one. Payment is usually after delivery. We send an invoice when the work is delivered, and it shows the due date. If a project needs something different, the quote says so.
How long it takes
A simple project usually takes about a week. A harder one takes a couple of weeks, and the biggest can take up to a month. We agree a date with you before we start.
Changes
Each quote or agreement says how many rounds of changes are included. If you need more, we will talk it through before doing the extra work.
Ownership and showing the work
We talk about who owns the finished video with every client before we start. We usually hope to keep the right to show the work on our website and social media. If you ask for the raw footage, you can have it.
Music and your material
If a project needs licensed music, the licence is paid for by the client. If you give us music, photos or other material, you are responsible for having the right to use it.
Cancelling
If you need to cancel or move a date, tell us as early as you can. If we have already bought or paid for something for your project, we will ask you to cover it.
If something goes wrong
We would always rather talk it through first. Estonian law applies to these terms. How we handle your personal data is on the privacy page.
